Conceptopolis apologizes for adding to G.I. Joe toy addiction

Now, keep in mind, our “wall of fame” looks very similar to any G.I. Joe super fan who would choose to display their loot. Ours is quite impressive, but I have to take my hat off Jeff who was featured in this article. We almost feel we need to apologize in a way for adding to someone’s “addiction”. It’s tough enough for us to keep up on all these figures – even when Hasbro sends us comp copies! There’s been plenty of late night shopping through Wal Mart, Toys-R-Us and target, fumbling through the displays. We feel like proud parents, handing over each figure to the cashier.

If there was a camera near by I’d be looking at it and showing them 2 thumbs up. Viral marketing 101, right?
Good luck to everyone in their hunt for the hard to get figures though. You’ll find that in the age of cell phones and IM’s and even Ebay, you’ll eventually find what you’re looking for. Display them proudly! And if your boss just doesn’t “get it”, tell them to lighten up…this is our youth they’re messin’ with here!
